Its always nice to have healthy prepared snacks waiting for you in your fridge! My husband and I love preparing foods for the week so that its convenient to eat healthy when we are on the go!
When you are craving something chocolatey and sweet, I highly recommended having a homemade healthy option available to keep you from making spontaneous unhealthy snack purchases!
To satisfy those cravings we have made for you our favorite snack...no-bake paleo chocolate fudge! This snack is high is healthy fats, low in sugar, rich and chocolatey, and oh so easy to make! It is very satiating, and great if you're trying to add more healthy fats to your diet! So here it is...
No-Bake Paleo Chocolate Fudge
~ 1/2 Jar of 14oz. Raw Organic Coconut Butter
~ 1/2 Jar of 16oz. Organic Nuttzo Nut Butter (or almond butter)
~ 1 Whole Banana
~ 2 Tablespoons Organic Raw Cocao Powder
~ Organic Hempseeds
Put the coconut butter and Nuttzo butter into a pot on medium low. Once they are soft enough to stir, mix them together. Turn off the stove and then add all other ingredients into the pot BESIDES hempseed. Mash and mix the ingredients together until its's one consistency. Pour mixture into glass baking dish evenly. Top with hempseed. Place your paleo chocolate fudge into the freezer overnight, then move to the refrigerator. Cut into squares and enjoy!
Remember: This is a dense little snack. One is usually enough to fight my cravings and satiate me until my next meal!
